My stay at this hotel was mostly enjoyable with some standout features. The location next to Retiro Park was perfect for exploring, and the breakfast was truly exceptional. However, my experience was marred by a mix-up with the room I was assigned and the service at the Wellington Club, which left me frustrated. Overall, while the hotel had great aspects, there were significant misses regarding my room expectations.
